Yoga Classes
Classes are designed to meet the needs of both complete beginners and those with a developing practice. I offer a dynamic mix of traditional yoga postures that focus on increasing flexibility, strength, balance, mobility and confidence. Mindfulness and breathing techniques are also a key focus!
Yoga for all ​is a softer approach to the postures, great for beginners and those looking to develop their fitness and mobility.

Hatha Flow is suitable for all levels including beginners and those looking for a mindful practice, with options to deepen the challenge.
Hot Hatha Flow is a little more dynamic, suitable for mixed levels with options to go deeper and develop your practice further.

ABOUT
About Drew
Hey guys! I'm Drew and I'm a RYT 200hr Multi-Style Yoga teacher based in South Birmingham.
​
Since my first class in 2015 I've been drawn to Yoga for its physical and mental benefits; there is nothing like the feeling of calm you get after a Yoga class!
​
In order to develop my practice further, In March 2020 I completed a traditional 200 hour Yoga teacher training in India - studying the roots of this beautiful ancient practice. I'm certified in Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga styles. Currently i'm studying Yin.
I also have a passion for sharing my knowledge of breathwork and meditation which I also incorporate into my classes.

Bespoke Yoga Classes
1:1 private in-person yoga class. During this class, I will tailor the yoga practice to your needs and focus on the areas of your body that require the most attention. You’ll also receive guidance on how to practice yoga safely and efficiently in the comfort of your own home.
