CLASSES
Yoga Classes in Birmingham
Yoga Classes are designed to meet the needs of both complete beginners and those with a developing practice. I offer a dynamic mix of traditional Yoga postures (Asana) to develop strength and flexibility, whilst focusing on the breath to restore balance to the mind and body (Pranayama). Many options are given for each posture, with students encouraged to go at their own pace - following what feels right for their bodies!
Group Yoga Classes
Hatha Flow - Wednesday, 7:30pm @ The Hub Hazelwell, Kings Heath (B14 7NH)
This class incorporates mindful, flowing movement between standing & seated postures, whilst leaving space for a good stretch.
Private Yoga Classes
60 or 90 minutes -
Experience personalised attention with a private in-person yoga class with me. During this class, I will tailor the yoga practice to your needs and focus on the areas of your body that require the most attention. You’ll also receive guidance on how to practice yoga safely and efficiently in the comfort of your own home.

ABOUT
About Drew

Hey guys, I'm Drew! A Multi-Style Yoga teacher, movement & wellbeing coach based in South Birmingham.
Since my first Yoga class in 2015 I've been drawn to Yoga for its physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits.
To develop my practice further, In March 2020 I completed a traditional 200 hour Yoga teacher training in India - studying the roots of this beautiful, ancient practice.
I'm trained in Hatha, Yin, Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga styles – which incorporate mindfulness, physical postures, breathwork & meditation.
Fast forward to 2026 - I've recently returned from India & Thailand with an expanded skillset, knowledgebase and Dharma. Whilst away I studied Sound Healing, Traditional Thai (Yoga) Massage, Abhyanga (Ayurvedic Massage) and delved deeper into a variety of Ancient Eastern Philosophies.
I’ve always had a passion for Music - I have a BSc in Music Technology and have played Guitar and other instruments for many years - Currently running beautiful Sound Journeys & workshops with my partner, Krissi, each month.
It felt aligned for me to deepen my knowledge in this area, as Sound Healing is currently one of the most powerful & accessible healing modalities that we can all benefit from.
Life can be challenging - physically, mentally, emotionally & spiritually.. and so down regulating the nervous system is the aim of my game, in pursuit of balance; whether through breath, yoga posture, mantra, mindfulness, meditation, music, dance, somatics, time in nature..
Having a deeper understanding of our nervous system & a toolbox for self-healing and self-regulating allows us to thrive with a strong foundation while the winds of change shift around us.
