CLASSES
Yoga Classes in Birmingham
Yoga Classes are designed to meet the needs of both complete beginners and those with a developing practice. I offer a dynamic mix of traditional Yoga postures (Asana) to develop strength and flexibility, whilst focusing on the breath to restore balance to the mind and body (Pranayama). Many options are given for each posture, with students encouraged to go at their own pace - following what feels right for their bodies!
Group Yoga Classes
Hatha Flow - Wednesday, 7:30pm @ The Hub Hazelwell, Kings Heath (B14 7NH)
This class incorporates mindful, flowing movement between standing & seated postures, whilst leaving space for a good stretch.
Workshops
2 Hour Yin Yoga with Meditation, Mindfulness & Breathwork - Rest, Reset & Realign!

ABOUT
About Drew

Hey guys! I'm Drew and I'm a RYT 200hr Multi-Style Yoga teacher based in South Birmingham.
Since my first class in 2015 I've been drawn to Yoga for its physical and mental benefits; there is nothing like the feeling of calm you get after a Yoga class!
In order to develop my practice further, In March 2020 I completed a traditional 200 hour Yoga teacher training in India - studying the roots of this beautiful ancient practice. I'm trained in Hatha, Yin, Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga styles.
Down regulating the nervous system is the aim of my game - I have a passion for sharing my knowledge of breathwork and meditation which I also incorporate into my classes. Neuroscience, psychology and somatics are also a point of interest, alongside the healing powers of sound.
Life creates enough challenges on its own, having a toolbox for self-healing and self-regulating allows us to thrive with a strong foundation while the winds of changes shift around us.
