ABOUT
My Story

Hey guys, I'm Drew!
I’m a multi-style Yoga teacher, movement and wellbeing coach based in South Birmingham. Since discovering Yoga in 2015, I’ve been fascinated by its ability to support us physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. What began as a personal practice has grown into a lifelong journey of learning, exploring and sharing the many tools that help us reconnect with ourselves.
My approach blends Yoga, breathwork, meditation, movement, sound healing and ancient Eastern philosophies with a deeper understanding of the body and nervous system. I believe that by creating space to slow down, breathe and become more aware, we can build a stronger foundation of balance, resilience and wellbeing.
I share these practices through Yoga classes, sound journeys, workshops, workplace wellbeing and events, creating supportive spaces where people can pause, reconnect and restore.
