Service Description
A softer approach to Yoga postures, aimed at building flexibility, mobility, confidence and strength with a focus on mindfulness and breathing techniques. This class is suitable for complete beginners! The structure of the class: - Breathwork: We start the class by going inward, connecting with our breath, getting into our parasympathetic nervous system and setting an intention for our practice. - Yoga Asana (postures): We start with gentle, mat based stretches to warm up the body, before using a functional approach to create space in our bodies and minds! Blocks and straps are available for assistance. - Meditation: we close down by moving into stillness, going within and letting the body and mind rest. The experience leaves you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated!
Cancellation Policy
Bookings: When booking either a single or multiple class pass, please book onto the desired session via the website. Alternatively, please inform me of your attendance via email / whatsapp. Cancellation policy: Due to the limited spaces available, if you are unable to make a class, please cancel / reschedule before the class begins. If a cancellation is made with less than an hours notice, a refund or class date swap will only be given if the class is not full / the spot is filled by someone on waitlist.
